Have you always wanted to bake your own sourdough? Rylee of Six Sisters Sourdough is coming to the farm to show you how, step by step.

In this beginner class you'll learn:

• How to start a sourdough starter from scratch
• How to feed it and keep it healthy week to week
• Which tools you really need, and which you can skip
• The basic techniques for baking good sourdough in your own kitchen

Taste, win and take home ideas. You'll get to sample Rylee's fresh sourdough bread, and we'll hold drawings and giveaways during the class.

Bonus: stay for our monthly Baker's Exchange! The Baker's Exchange is at the farm the same day. Shop homemade breads and baked goods from local bakers, meet the people who make them and support small food businesses here in Barry County.
