It should be noted that we are limited to what we can produce in this area at any given time and some people find eating seasonally to be challenging, but rewarding. Implied in sharing the risk of farming with us is the knowledge that under certain conditions some crops may do poorly. Pressures from weather, insects, or other pests can have an effect on our yield. To minimize this, we plant a large variety of vegetables and every season has bumper crops even when conditions are less than optimal.
