How It Works — 90 Days
1. Discovery & Match
Weeks 1–2A farm audit matching you to 3–5 real, currently open grant and cost-share programs, ending in a kickoff call.
2. Build & Coach
Weeks 3–8Coaching calls, the template vault, and drafting your narrative and budget together.
3. Submit & Follow-Through
Weeks 9–12Final review and edit, submission, and a 12-month grant calendar so this isn't a one-time win.
Questions
- What's the difference between the two tiers?
- The Cohort is small-group coaching with shared calls and peer review. VIP is entirely private and 1:1, with unlimited support and every page of your draft personally reviewed and edited.
- What if I don't win a grant?
- Every participant leaves with a submitted application and a 12-month grant calendar — most programs have multiple funding cycles, and the process, templates, and coaching are yours to reuse.
- Do you offer payment plans?
- Ask when you apply — this is worked out individually on the discovery call.
- How much time will this take me?
- Plan on 2–3 hours a week: one coaching call plus time on your application between sessions.
Apply
There's no instant checkout for this program — it starts with a short application and a discovery call, so I can make sure it's the right fit before we begin.
- What's your farm or business name, and where are you located?
- What do you want to fund — equipment, infrastructure, a new product line, or something else?
- Have you applied for a grant or cost-share program before? What happened?
- What's your timeline — a specific deadline in mind, or just getting started?
- Which fits better right now: the $2,500 Cohort or the $5,000 VIP option? (Not sure yet is a fine answer.)
- Anything else about your operation that would help me understand your situation?
Answer the six questions in the form's message box just below, and I'll follow up to schedule your discovery call.
